BSD Capital, LLC is owned by Joel Gottesman and provides consulting services for business and corporate development projects, M&A advisory, and commercial and project finance.  BSD also provides intermediary services for commodities trading, connecting vetted buyers and supply sources.  BSD leverages Joel’s extensive network and experience as a successful business and finance attorney at a large law firm, and as an executive in “C” suite leadership roles with a $4 billion bank and $45 billion NYSE listed finance company.  

BVH Capital, Inc dba Liquid Capital of Arizona

Joel Gottesman is the president and owner of BVH Capital, Inc. dba Liquid Capital of Arizona (LCA). Since 2009, LCA has provided innovative commercial financing solutions for start-up, established, and middle-market businesses. Our solutions include asset-based lending, supply chain finance, and factoring. 

Joel also has been a practicing attorney and banker with successful executive leadership roles and board of director experience. Career highlights include:

• CAO and General Counsel for First National Bank of Arizona (a $4-billion bank)
• Director & Officer at Briggs and Morgan (now Taft), at a 150-attorney law firm in Minneapolis, MN, with a successful business law practice in M&A, banking, and securities law
• General Counsel for GreenTree Financial Corp., a $45-billion-asset NYSE-listed public company
• Served on the boards of directors of several public and privately-held companies
• Served on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Minneapolis and St. Paul for a number of years
